Background | The coffee is a selection from about 20 producers local to the region of Minas Gerias, just north of São Paulo. Which is blended to achieve the cup profile and dry processed at the mill in Ouro Fino. An agronomist acts as a year-round guide, advising on all stages of plant growth, harvest and processing. This leads to a higher premium for the farmer as well as a collective increase in quality across all the coffees in the region.
